Origin
Emotional trauma can come from negative experiences with anyone, in any environment: bullying, favoritism, disrespect, gaslighting, targeting, lack of flexibility, lack of support, condescension, rudeness, various threats, and more.
Many people don't understand exactly what they're experiencing. Mental and physical signs and symptoms can be described,
but not necessarily connected to emotional trauma being experienced, or residuals from previous experiences.

Trauma can cause severe physical and mental health problems, such as, coronary artery disease; diabetes; obesity; auto-immune disorders; digestive disorders; PTSD; nervous system damage, including memory and concentration problems; migraine and tension headaches; fatigue; change in personality; and
cuts years from a person's life.
You have a choice of coaching sessions:
1) Fee-per-session basis;
2) Package of coaching sessions at a discount, with one payment;
3) As an added value, just-in-time phone coaching can be added.
Just-in-time coaching provides 15- to 20-minute guidance sessions, within a timely window.
These offerings can be alternated during our working relationship.

Current effects or residuals from traumatic relationships in personal life can affect a person's fuctioning in the workplace.
Why an Ongoing Problem?
Although many businesses have damaging situations from personal or workplace trauma, there is usually little focus on the underlying problems noted in the 'Origin' section above. The core/underlying problems never just go away; with time and avoidance, they get worse! People in the workplace rarely report problems due to fear of possible retaliation by the internal abuser(s), fear of not being believed or jeopardizing their job, fear of colleagues learning about their personal/domestic trauma situations, or the company may not want to keep someone affected by personal/domestic trauma.
Companies don't want to be told they're diagnosing. Describing a person's personality style on a specturm, that was established by mental health professionals/organizaitons, is not diagnosing. Genuinely listen to people who need your understanding and assistance; people are your best asset!
Take charge of your workplace with methods that won't bring negative attention to the abusers or the victims.
